Jo has been an absolute godsend in my past two years at University, offering help and support throughout. Even extending invitations for face to face chats and has extremely motivated me through hard times of my own. She has shown me ways I can get through this course and modules I can opt into and pathways she is confident I can excel in. She is so much more than a university lecturer, she cares and wants the best for me. I am so grateful to be exposed to someone like her.
