For International Women's Day I want to lift up the women of EPQ. Within the team you have created a incredibly supportive and positive culture; encouraging and challenging each other professionally and supporting each other as individuals and whole people, modelling resilience and positive ways of working. Whether it has been catching up over teams lunches, unbounded enthusiasm for Christmas karaoke, sharing home bakes, providing peer support, being a critical friend, mentor or friend, last minute fixer or big visionary - we have it all and share it! Proud to be a woman of EPQ. Note: The marvellous men of EPQ is drafted ready for next International Men's Day.
