What sets Heidi apart is her belief in “holding the ladder down”. She lives by the principle that when you climb, you reach back and steady the ladder to pull others up too. She invests deeply in her students, challenges them to think bigger, and creates real-world opportunities that allow them to flourish. An exceptional educator and leader who is always willing to support and take care of everyone around her!
