On International Women's Day, I want to recognise Beccy for the huge impact she’s had on both the University and the people around her. She is a brilliant colleague who combines strong leadership with a genuine warmth that makes everyone feel valued and supported. She’s always working to make positive change and her commitment to inclusion for staff and students is clear in everything she does. Beccy leads with a clear vision and a practical approach, but also knows how to have fun and make work enjoyable. As a Senior Leader, her authenticity and approachability is very inspiring and it’s a pleasure to work with her.
