Who do you think you are?
Warwick academic, Professor Bernard Capp will be appearing on BBC’s ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ with actor Kevin Whately (Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Inspector Morse and Lewis) discussing his 17th century ancestors.
Prof Bernard Capp is an academic in the Centre for the Study of the Renaissance and a Fellow of the British Academy. He is an expert in English history in the 16th and 17th centuries, especially English Civil War and radical movements.
He has also appeared with Professor Nicholas Rodger FBA on the BBC Two series Thames Shipwrecks, telling the story of HMS London, which blew up and sank in 1665.
‘Who do you think you are?’ will be aired on BBC One in late October.
