Children's Saturday Art Club
Join the Mead Gallery at Warwick Arts Centre for some Saturday creative fun led by artists.
The Children's Saturday Art Club will be running every Saturday between 30 January - 6 March from 1pm -3pm in the Mead Art Gallery. Tickets cost £3.50 per child (accompanying adult free) and are available in advance or on the day from the Box Office on 024 7652 4524. It is advisable to book places early.
Families are more than welcome and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Saturday 30 January - Miniature Theatre
Come along, take inspiration from the exhibition and create your very own artists theatre. Using a wide range of collage materials make different characters and create a show of your own.

Saturday 6 February - Crazy Creatures from the Seaside
Get creative with driftwood and shells collected from North Wales. Bring to life your own imaginary creatures.

Saturday 13 February - Textile or Tapestry
Come along and explore fabrics and other materials. With a combination of gluing and sewing make your own tapestry on the themes of the exhibition or your favourite things.

Saturday 20 February - Make Do, Dress Up & Say Cheese!
Portrait Time! Create backdrops, dress up as different characters and pose for the camera.

Saturday 27 February - Shape and Texture
Using Clay and objects come along and make a sculpture with Clay. Use everyday objects to create different textures and direct imprints onto the surface of the clay, creating new forms or creatures.

Saturday 6 March - Wish you were here – Playful Postcards
Get playful; with collage and create humorous postcards to send to your family and friends.
