Digital Laboratory Hosts Three Counties Schools Quiz Final
The International Digital Laboratory is the venue this Thursday for the finals of the “Universally Challenged” Schools Quiz. Schools across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Coventry have been competing to become the best brains in Warwickshire when it comes to being green.
The competition comes to a climax at 4pm on Thursday 26th March, when the three schools – Kenilworth School (Warwicks.), Chantry High School (Worcs.) and Stoke Park School (Coventry) – lock horns in the final.
Based on the format of the popular TV show University Challenge the event was organised by Warwickshire County Council as part of this year’s Switch it Off campaign.
The campaign aims to get across the simple message to turn off unwanted electrical appliances and not to leave anything on standby.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event and cheer on your local school.
