e-Crime – Innovation for prevention and detection 2009

eCrime FlyerAn eCrime conference at Warwick Digital Lab on 3rd November 2009 will explore the new technologies, new science and new experiences behind eCrime in the UK.

Led by internationally recognised keynote speakers, the conference will highlight opportunities for digital innovation to have greatest impact in addressing the eCrime challenges faced today.

Sessions being held will debate the global nature of the threat and what opportunities there are for digital innovation to help reduce the risks we face as an international community.

Discussion will lead on how technology has a role to play in detecting eCrime, supporting investigations and recovering systems after the fact. Furthermore, sessions will debate the innovation opportunities in delivering business resilience.

The conference is backed up by an exhibition and showcases which recognise and celebrate compelling eCrime technology innovations.  

The conference is being organised by WMG, the Knowledge Exchange, and regional development agency, Advantage West Midlands and provides exciting networking opportunities with system integrators and selected innovative small businesses with the potential to forge new relationships.
