On Thursday 5 September, the University marked the 10th Anniversary of the 2+2 degree programme with a Celebration Evening held in the Students' Union. Graduates from the first two cohorts were invited to join colleagues and members of staff involved in the programme from its outset. 30 graduates and their guests joined in the celebrations and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with old friends and share their memories. Applicants to this year's programme were also invited along to chat to graduates about their experiences on the programme and the types of careers it had led to.

Those who attended the event have found employment in a whole variety of areas such as: lecturing at Warwick and other universities, teaching at local FE Colleges, and at primary and secondary schools, social work and charity work. The evening was a great success and the press coverage has attracted many prospective students to the programme.
