Development Course for Middle Managers

Development Course for Middle Managers in Higher Education - offered jointly between Aston and Leicester Universities.

This course is aimed at practising managers in Higher Education. The programme includes the opportunity for delegates to achieve the ILM Management Introductory award at Diploma level, further details of which will be supplied to course delegates.

Nominations are invited from staff who have management experience and preferably hold the ILM Certificate in First Line Management either at full or introductory level. Candidates with other experience and skills e.g. professional qualifications will be considered following application.

The fee for the course is as follows:

  • Non-residential £585.00 - includes a light lunch and refreshments
  • Residential £725.00 - including two nights en suite accommodation and all meals and light refreshments

Refunds will not be possible for cancellation within 21 days of the course - but substitutes will be accepted

Places are limited to 24 per course and further courses can be arranged.
