We welcome projects with NHS partners to support the development of Bioinformatics pipelines, databases, and interfaces. As a service unit grown in an academic environment, we are able to work at cost return while benefitting from a vast range of expertise among our academic colleagues, a reliable and GDPR-safe IT infrastructure, and efficient administrative processes for formal arrangements. Examples of work we have delivered include Bioinformatics pipelines, REDCap applications, and interactive interfaces for decision support systems.
