Can I still use the old booking forms ?

No, All bookings are now managed by the InfinityX calendar. Bookings made before the switch date have been transferred over and should be visible to users. Any issues please contact the Facility Admin.

I see "Lab" in my Profile what is this?

This is you home lab, normally your supervisor or research group. You should not ask for access to individual RTPs in this box.

I cant login to InfinityX?

Anyone with a Warwick account should be able to access InfinityX. From there you can request access to facilities/instruments. A guide for this is on the previous page. External users should contact the Facility manager to access the system as those booking are still made through Warwick Scientific Services.Link opens in a new window

I cant access instruments that I have been trained on?

This is probably because the transfer didn't happen correctly. If you think that you have lost access to any instruments that you should be able to use please contact the Facility Admin.
