Reporting Faults in University-managed Accommodation
Out of Hours and Emergency Fault Reporting

Please note that an emergency is when the incident is dangerous or life threatening or may cause serious damage to you or your residence
Any urgent faults will need to be reported to the Student Information Centre on 02476 522280, or Community Safety on 02476 522083 or 024 76522222 in an emergency.
