University Managed Off Campus Accommodation Vacancies
- Only full time, fully registered students at the University of Warwick who are not already in a contract with Warwick Accommodation (on or off campus) can apply to take over the rooms advertised on this page.
- If you are interested in one of the rooms advertised below and fit the criteria for the room, then you should contact the student advertising the room.
- Please do not pay a student directly for a contract takeover. If the student who currently holds the contract for the room advertised would like you to take over the contract, you both need to email accommodation@warwick.ac.uk confirming both full names, Warwick IDs and the date that you would like the contract take over to begin.
- If the vacancy is for a group contract then the other students named on the contract must all agree to the takeover. Warwick Accommodation will email the members of the group, but it is your responsibility as the student advertising the vacancy to ensure group members respond to the email before the takeover can take place.
