Victoria Russell, born 1962.

Russell studied at the Royal Academy Schools in London and Central St Martins College of Art and Design.  Portraiture has become her speciality and her subjects include Dame Shirley Williams, the Queen of Denmark and Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams.  She won the National Portrait Gallery’s BP Portrait Award in 2000.
