Student data
Student data is managed in accordance with the university’s data handling and GDPR policies. The data used for this course is drawn from your enrolment records, which means you may receive the course link at a personal email address or a parent/guardian’s phone number if those were provided during enrolment.
Your course link is unique to you, so you can still complete the course without issue. However, we recommend updating your contact details in your enrolment record to ensure future communications reach you directly.
The data is pulled approximately 5 weeks before the course is live, so if you make any changes to your data in that time, they may not be reflected until the next course.
