Conduct Essentials micro-learning series

About the Conduct Essentials learning series

"Conduct Essentials" is a series of three micro-learning courses designed to support your journey as a student at Warwick.

Each course takes less than 10 minutes, and no login is required.

You might recognise some of the material as a refresher, but there are also new ideas and concepts to explore.

All first-year UG and all PGT students were enrolled automatically into each course and sent a link for completion.

Any Warwick students can scan the QR codes below to complete the courses (you must be logged into your University account to gain access).

Student engagement

  • We actively welcome your feedback on the courses so that the topics covered continue to feel relevant, timely, and tailored to student life at Warwick. There is a space to review feedback in the course itself.

  • We launched the courses in 2024/25 with over 60,000 individual course completions by students over the academic year.

Student data

Student data is managed in accordance with the university’s data handling and GDPR policies. The data used for this course is drawn from your enrolment records, which means you may receive the course link at a personal email address or a parent/guardian’s phone number if those were provided during enrolment.

Your course link is unique to you, so you can still complete the course without issue. However, we recommend updating your contact details in your enrolment record to ensure future communications reach you directly.

The data is pulled approximately 5 weeks before the course is live, so if you make any changes to your data in that time, they may not be reflected until the next course.
