A theory of change for access and student success

Learn how to use a Theory of Change approach to plan, evaluate, and enhance the projects and activities you lead across the student lifecycle.

This practical session will walk you through creating your own model. You'll leave with tools, templates, and a clear framework to apply in your own work. No prior knowledge or experience is needed.

Who is this session for?

We encourage departments to send a colleague with responsibility for Student Success/Inclusion work and a colleague responsible for Access work. We understand in some cases this may be the same person.

It will be particularly useful for anyone completing their 25/26 Inclusive Education Action Plan or planning upcoming access activity.
