The latest in our Digital Learning Projects
The Digital Learning team has been busy working on some exciting innovative projects with colleagues and departments across the university.
Our Educational Technology and Learning Design teams have been collaborating to design a self-assessment tool for the Building Belonging framework. This project, led by WIHEA, aims to bring the concept of belonging to life at Warwick and the tool will help to evaluate and measure how we support belonging and build trust.
Our Faculty Support team have been working with our lecture capture partners, Echo360 on a project to host a Student Ideathon from 1-8 May 2025. We have been helping to structure and facilitate the sessions, bringing in our expertise on digital tools, student experience and support for innovation. You can read more about this excellent opportunity for students here.
We have also been supporting the creation of an AI toolkit designed for the Arts and Social Sciences Faculties. Our Digital Learning Projects Manager, Louise Turtle shares some details.
"David Voss (Faculty Advisor) and I are excited to be part of the development of an AI Toolkit, led by Social Sciences. This toolkit will serve as a dedicated space to support both staff and students by curating existing AI resources and showcasing content created by the University of Warwick community.
The Digital Learning team is contributing by offering guidance on recording high-quality video and podcast content, as well as helping to gather valuable AI-related resources. This is a fantastic project that will provide a wealth of support for the Warwick community.”
✨ Watch this space—the AI Toolkit website will be launching soon! ✨
