inbox insite is a regular email bulletin that goes out to all colleagues with a Warwick email account, keeping you up to date with University news, opportunities to get involved and more.
If you manage people who do not have regular PC access please print out the email and display it on your staff noticeboard.
If you would like to submit an item for consideration for inbox insite then please email internalcomms at warwick dot ac dot uk or fill in the form, giving as much notice as possible.
Draft content needs to be provided by 4pm on Friday of the previous week. This will enable the email bulletin to be prepared during Monday, for sending mid week.
A 'heads up' on content can be sent to the internalcomms resource account at an earlier stage, before draft content is ready. This will enable us to advise you on whether it is the most appropriate channel for your message, forward plan and offer guidance on best timing.
The Internal Comms team reserves the right to edit draft content to ensure it is in house style and most appropriately worded for a staff audience. We are not able to return content for approval, except in exceptional circumstances.
