Pay in full or part using childcare vouchers/ tax-free childcare
- If you are paying in full using childcare vouchers or tax free childcare please do not wait for an invoice.
- If you are unsure on how to send these across please see our 'Everything You Need to Know' letter. This can be located on our post-booking section of the website page.
- If you are paying using childcare vouchers and card, please send the vouchers or tax-free childcare and send confirmation of payment to holidayscheme at warwick dot ac dot uk. The remaining balance will then be added to our online form.
- Important notice: vouchers cannot be refunded so please ensure you send the correct amount.
