IMPORTANT UPDATE for parents/carers who have already booked onto the King Henry’s Holiday Scheme.
Thanks again for your patience whilst Mrs Parkes and I discuss whether or not the July Scheme will go ahead at King Henry’s. Unfortunately, there have been no further bookings since our correspondence last week so the Scheme will not be able to go ahead. Mrs Parkes and I are extremely disappointed that our plans haven’t come to fruition but as mentioned in the previous letter, the Scheme has to be self-funding. I would like to apologise to all the parents who did book as I know some were desperate to find a childcare solution for that week.
If you have already booked onto the Scheme and paid online you will be refunded the full amount. These will be processed over the next few days and the funds will be in your account by the end of next week at the latest. If you paid by childcare vouchers, you will be contacted separately via email.
