Payroll cut-off deadlines- January and February 2018

Please be aware that the payroll cut-off dates for January and February 2018 have now been confirmed. The Handbook and Department Guide have been updated.

Teachers will be required to submit timesheets by Sunday the 14th of January on for payment on the 24th of January.

The rest of the dates will be confirmed in due course.

The Sessional Teaching Payroll (STP) delivers a fair, transparent and consistent approach to the recruitment and remuneration of hourly paid and sessional teaching staff across the University of Warwick.

Piloted successfully during 2015/16 & 2016/17 in a cross-section of academic departments, STP rolled out to the wider University during 2017/18.

All sessional teaching positions at Warwick are matched against Hay evaluated role profiles to determine pay grade. Role profiles cover teaching undertaken by our PhD community, professionals and practitioners. ARC approved pay frameworks define appropriate multipliers, taking into account the different styles of teaching across departments.
