Enterprise Fellowship Scheme to Spread its Wings

The Enterprise Fellowship Scheme, (EFS) is to spread its wings to four other Universities across the West Midlands. Successful funding for further expansion has created the opportunity for EFS to employ future business development opportunities at Keele, University of Central England, Wolverhampton and Staffordshire Universities.

The Enterprise Fellowship Scheme was initially designed to support University of Warwick staff, students and alumni to develop their innovative ideas and concepts into fully viable business opportunities, through development workshops, training programmes, expertise mentoring and financial support.

The main activities will remain within the control of the University of Warwick, to maintain the successful training and development of the scheme which has supported 22 budding entrepreneurs since it’s conception. This expansion will create a unique access for entrepreneurs across the West Midlands to the wealth of expert advice and guidance EFS can provide.

An intricate development plan is currently being worked on for the next stage of the expansion, along with recruitment opportunities within the participating universities.
