Show only freeform text and photo and nothing else?

You can choose whether or not you want only a photo and freeform text about yourself to appear on your profile page. If you tick the 'Show only freeform text and photo and nothing else?' checkbox, information such as your name and department will not appear on your profile page.

To choose whether or not to show only freeform text and a photo on your profile page:

  1. Either tick or untick the 'Show only freeform text and photo and nothing else?' checkbox:

    Freeform text and photo checkbox
  2. Click the 'Update' button: Update button (at the bottom of the page)

When you tick the checkbox, just your photo and the freeform text about yourself will appear on your profile page. It might look something like this:

Photo and freeform text only

Example: If you do not want your name and department to appear on your profile page, you should tick the 'Show only freeform text and photo and nothing else?' checkbox.
