Display a form dataset on a web page
Use the Form Dataset page template to display a dataset in a web page.

Browse to the location in your site above where you want to create the Form dataset page.

Go to Edit > Create a new page:

Select Change page template to expand the options, then select Change and choose the Form Dataset page template:

Select the search button in the Dataset ID box.

Choose the relevant form from the Select FormsBuilder data source drop-down list:

SiteBuilder returns all the datasets available in your chosen form. Select the name of the dataset to add its ID number to the Dataset ID box.

Finish populating the rest of the page properties.

Select Create new page. Your page will look similar to the following, depending on your data:
