Add address fields to a form

Use address fields to capture postal address information.

  1. Browse to the form you want to edit.

  2. Go to Edit > Edit formsbuilder page:

    Alternatively, select the Edit this form button at the top of the form:

  3. Under Add text box, select Address fields:

  4. Six text boxes appear in the right-hand preview:

    • Address line 1

    • Address line 2

    • Town or city

    • County

    • Postcode

    • Country

  5. Reorder or delete any fields as necessary.

  6. Address fields qualify as personal data - ensure your form's privacy notice accurately reflects the information you're collecting and how you intend to use it.
