Add Like & share buttons to news items
Like and share buttons let visitors to your page send your news items to friends and colleagues quickly and easily, improving your reach and increasing your presence on the web.
Note: To display Facebook Like or social media share buttons, ensure that the news page's view permissions are set to allow Any user, whether logged in or not.

Go to your news page.

Go to Edit > Edit page properties.

Under Change page template and options, select Show Facebook Like buttons for public news items.

Select Save changes.

button appears alongside each news item:

Go to your news page.

Go to Edit > Edit page properties.

Under Change page template and options, select Show social media sharing buttons to display a Share this button at the bottom of each item. Visitors who select the button will have the option to share an item on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or via email.

Select Save changes.
