Add a single choice question to a quiz
Use a single choice question to present a list of possible answers where only one is selectable. You can show as many possible answers as you like. Only one of the choices is correct. All others should be wrong, though incorrect but plausible answers are a valuable part of this question type.

Browse to your quiz page.

Go to Edit > Edit quizbuilder page:
Alternatively, select the Edit this quiz button at the top of the page:

Under Add a question, select Single choice:

SiteBuilder displays the Add/Edit a single-choice question screen:

In the Question name box, enter a name to help you identify the question in submissions – for example,
fruit
. Participants do not see this on the quiz - it's purely for your reference. -
Enter the question the participant will see in the Question box.

Enter each answer choice on a separate line in the Choices box, specifying the correct answer with a preceding plus symbol:

Optionally, enter any Feedback for correct answer or Feedback for wrong answer, which will be displayed to a participant when they submit the quiz.

Select Save to return to the Edit quiz screen.

When you're finished editing your quiz, select Done.

In the Question name box, enter a name to help you identify the question in submissions – for example,

Enter the question the participant will see in the Question box.

Enter the first answer choice in the Choice box. To specify a correct answer, add a preceding plus sign (
+
), for example:+Carrot

Enter the Score for this choice.
Note: Scores are weighted, so give the highest score to the correct answer, the next highest score to the next closest answer, and so on. This system rewards participants who answer correctly yet also rewards those who reasonably attempt to answer the questions.

Enter the Feedback for this particular choice.

Select Add choice, then repeat steps 8-10 for the remaining answer choices.

When you've finished adding choices, select Save to return to the Edit quiz screen.

When you're finished editing your quiz, select Done.
