What will happen next?
Once we have received your complaint, we will:
- acknowledge receipt of your complaint;
- review the matters raised and make appropriate enquiries; and
- Keep you informed (where appropriate) and, without undue delay, report the outcome of your complaint to you.
We may contact you if we require further information to support our enquiry.
Internal review and escalation to the ICO
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may request an internal review within 15 working days of our response.
