April 2023: Update

The approach to PDR for 2023-24 is in the final stages of development. Details and all supporting documentation will be provided here in early May.

The Personal Development Review (PDR) framework is designed to enable all employees to have open and regular conversations with their reviewer about their development, role, contributions, achievements and career aspirations. It is important for managers to check in with their staff to ensure they are well supported and have an opportunity to reflect on their achievements over the past year, as well as identifying goals and development for the coming year.
