What are the aims?
This workshop will enable you to become more confident by identifying strengths at work, taming your inner critic and reframing negative thoughts into positive, productive thoughts.
What will I learn?
Demystify confidence and recognise it as a skill that can be developed.
Understand the four pillars of confidence: self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-belief, and resilience.
Recognise and leverage personal strengths whilst effectively reframing negative thoughts.
Create a personal action plan for building confidence with small, actionable steps.
