As part of our ongoing commitment to staff development and continuous improvement, we are inviting all colleagues to take part in the Talent and Development Learning Needs Survey 2025–2026.
All staff are invited to take part in our Learning Needs Survey. This should take no longer than 5-8 minutes and you have until Friday 7th November to complete.
The purpose of the survey is to understand learning and development needs and preferences across the University, and to identify where learning and development opportunities could make the most difference.
By sharing your views, you will help shape future support, resources, and training for staff. We will communicate changes to learning and development provision this academic year.
As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the survey will have the chance to win one of 25 £10 digital shopping vouchers. Simply provide your contact details at the end of the survey to be entered into the prize draw.
