1-1 Support for Research Active Staff
(RAS)

PLEASE NOTE: All Academic Writing and Career Support 1-1’s have now been completed for Academic year 2019/2020, no further sessions are available. In September further 1-1’s will be considered but are subject to budgetary restraints.

In addition to the programme of funding and events, Organisational Development provides four strands of individual support aimed at addressing and supporting those Research Active Staff (RAS) on Research-focussed, Teaching-focussed and Research & Teaching contracts with their learning and development needs:

• Academic Writing Support

• Career Development Support

• Coaching and Mentoring Support.
  You may also wish to consider the University of Warwick Coaching & Mentoring scheme.

In aiming to respond to requests and the changing needs of Research Active Staff (RAS), Organisational Development is continually reviewing its programmes and piloting new support ideas. The current five thematic areas will focus on:
