Reporting and Evidencing PPIE in Health Research - Using GRIPP2 as a tool

Overview:
Involving patients and the public in research is a standard practice, but the impact and results of this is not always captured and reported in the most effective ways.

Come along to this session to find out more about how to start to report on your PPIE more effectively to your peers, patients and funders as well as helping to build the evidence base needed for embedding culture change.

Who should attend?
PhD, ECR and senior academics, health clinicians and practitioners, University of Warwick Research Active Staff (Research-focussed, Teaching-focussed and Research & Teaching contracts) and PhD Students.

Workshops enable delegates to understand:

  • why reporting the PPIE in your research is important
  • the role of PPIE reporting in evaluation of impact
  • how to report your PPIE using GRIPP2
  • a practical session on using GRIPP2 short form
  • case studies on the use of GRIPP2

This is part 2 of 2 sessions on PPIE.
