The induction checklist is generic and is not tailored to any one department or group it is simply a “prompt list” of the local information that new colleagues are likely to need.
As a new starter, your department will have their local induction programme in place. Your line manager will guide you through this induction process in your first few weeks at the University.
To support your integration and to provide you with a good sense of working at Warwick, it might be valuable for you to spend some time with a buddy or more formal mentor during your first few weeks or months. If this appropriate for your role you may wish to explore the most suitable options with your manager.
