Process Changes & Departmental Briefing Sessions - May & June 2026

We’re enhancing SuccessFactors and our core People processes to make recruitment, onboarding, and employment changes simpler, more inclusive, and more efficient.

To help you prepare, a series of briefing sessions will run May and June 2026. These sessions will explain the upcoming process changes and help you adapt to the new ways enhancements and ways of working. Later in the year specific upskilling sessions will also take place to support staff using new processes.

What’s changing and why it matters?

  • Key updates include improvements to:

  • Recruitment Approval & Requests - Creating or amending positions, requesting approval to refill or create a role, submitting job advert requests, tracking approval progress.

  • Recruitment Applications, Shortlisting & Interviews - Managing candidate applications, record shortlisting on Success Factors, scheduling and arranging interviews, recording interview outcomes on Success Factors.
  • Recruitment Offer & Pre-Engagement - Creating offers and managing pre-employment steps.
  • Onboarding Processes - Onboarding a new starter, managing personal data, payroll, and pensions.

  • People Lifecycle Changes (Mid-Employment Amendments) - Making changes for an employee or too their position.

Key points to note

A mix of online and in-person sessions will be available. There will be options for you to attend an briefing session on a date / time convenient to yourself
