We're transforming how we recruit, onboard and facilitate staff changes at Warwick. By introducing enhanced SuccessFactors functionality, we will simplify processes, improve consistency of service and enable a more efficient, transparent and user-friendly experience for hiring managers, people involved in HR processes and candidates.

This is not just a system change. The changes we're implementing marks the beginning of a broader shift in how we work as a People Team—reshaping processes, improving how we manage and use data, and better integrating our services within the University’s wider digital landscape. It is a key step towards delivering a more modern, responsive and insight-driven People function.

  • Offer & Pre-Engagement - Creating offers and managing pre-employment steps.

A new approach to upskilling

Our approach to upskilling is designed to be practical, accessible and embedded into day-to-day work. Rather than relying on static guides, we are introducing on-demand, task-based support through tools such as Scribe, alongside clear, structured guidance within SuccessFactors itself. This will be complemented by targeted training sessions, live support and ongoing updates as processes evolve.
