Timetables User Guide

There is a suite of dynamically updated reports available online, which allow users to view this current academic year's timetable data in a variety of formats. To see this timetable data for the current academic year go to the viewing platform (need to enter your IT Services login code to access). Click on the links below to give you details of each report, ie layout, data included, etc.

(NB for the current academic year we provide dynamically updated reports throughout the year. For the forthcoming academic year, when we are working on the timetable construction (March - Sept), these reports are available, but mainly used by timetabling representatives only, and are not dynamically updated during this period. They are snapshots of data produced for each timetable construction release. To see this timetable data/reports for the timetable construction for next academic year go to this viewing platform.)

If you have any problems accessing or printing your reports please contact Robert McClean, ext 51203
