What will I do?

A sports-inspired cardio workout for building both strength and stamina. A killer workout that gets results.

  • Aerobic, strength and stabilisation movements
  • Improve muscle tone, build core strength and get fit
  • What will you be attacking? In a word, fat - you'll be burning up to 700 calories per session.
