Freeze your membership

We’re sorry you’re looking to freeze your membership.

You can request to freeze your membership by getting in touch with the team.

Please note:

  • Certain requirements need to be met regarding freezing or suspension of memberships. See section 7 in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests will be considered on a case by case basis by Warwick Sport management.

Please refer to our membership policy in our full Terms and Conditions or by asking a member of staff at the Sports & Wellness Hub.

*Please note:

  • The freeze can only run from the 1st of a month to the last day of a month.
  • A membership will be frozen for a maximum of 2 months.
