Membership cancellation

Please note:

  • Certain requirements need to be met regarding cancellation of memberships. See section 6.1 in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests will be considered on a case by case basis by Warwick Sport management.
  • You can cancel Learn to Swim memberships using this form. For any general Learn to Swim enquiries, please contact swim@warwick.ac.uk.
