Membership cancellation/suspension

This form is for request of a cancellation or suspension to a membership. A member of the team will then be in contact within 10 working days to advise of next steps.

  • Please be aware, certain requirements need to be met regarding cancellation or suspension of memberships
  • Requests will be considered on a case by case basis by Warwick Sport management.
  • Please refer to our membership cancellation policy in our full Terms and Conditions or by asking a member of staff at the Sports & Wellness Hub.
  • Suspensions are not available for Learn to Swim memberships.
