What will I do?

A station-based class to increase strength and stamina. Keep up the pace and move quick from one station to the next.

  • High-intensity aerobics - work hard and move fast
  • The time between exercises in circuit training is short. There is often rapid movement from one exercise to the next
  • Circuits will help improve your muscle function and strength
