What will I do?

The focus of Yoga is posture and breathing. It can help to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.

  • You'll do a series of movements designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance
  • Regular practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or aches and pains
