Complete and Junior Tennis members parking registration

You must only complete this form if you have a Complete or Junior Tennis membership (parents/guardians of a Junior Tennis member are required to complete this form).

University of Warwick issued parking permits (staff and students) are not valid in the Sports and Wellness Hub and Tennis Centre car parks.

Please be aware that once submitted, you must wait to receive your confirmation email that parking has been applied to your account. If you park at the Sports and Wellness Hub or Tennis Cennis car parks during this period, please register at reception to receive free parking.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I come in a different vehicle?

You may register two vehicles against your account. Please note that if you visit in a vehicle different from the one(s) registered on your account, you must enter the details of this vehicle via the reception iPad. If you do not enter your details, or enter them incorrectly, a parking penalty notice may be issued.

What do I do if I get a new vehicle or need to change the details of an existing vehicle?

To update your vehicle details, please complete a new parking registration form and tick the 'update of primary vehicle registration' box.

You will still need to wait for an email confirmation of this change.

What happens if I exceed the 3 hour limit?

If you're planning to spend longer than 3 hours, please speak to a member of our reception team and register your vehicle on the iPad before leaving. If you stay longer than 3 hours and do not enter your details on the iPad, a parking charge notice may be issued.

What happens if my membership expires?

If your membership expires, or you decide to terminate your membership, you will no longer be entitled to 3 hours free parking at the Sports and Wellness Hub and Tennis Centre, and the current standard parking tariff will apply.
