How to book your Small Group PT sessions

If you’re ready to get stronger, feel more confident and belong to a welcoming, inclusive community, sign up for Small Group Personal Training today.

Select ‘Public’, ‘Staff’ or ‘Student’ > ‘Small Group PT’ > Select from options 1, 2 or 3.

What you'll gain from Small Group PT sessions:

  • Group coaching
    Expert guidance and tailored coaching within a motivating, small-group setting (maximum of 6 people per session).
  • Structured training programme
    Training delivered in 6-week blocks, with new challenges and opportunities in every block to keep training exciting, varied and purpose-driven. Bookable up-to 3 weeks in advance.
  • Tailored sessions
    Sessions include a mix of strength training, mobility work and conditioning exercises, all tailored to your level and goals.
  • 1 hour sessions
    2, 3 or 4 x 60-minute sessions per week (direct debit price per month dependent on number of sessions)
  • Dedicated studio space
    Sessions take place in our dedicated training studio. It’s calm, welcoming and a safe place to build confidence, especially if you’re new to fitness.
  • Additional membership access
    Access to our ‘Complete’ membership (gym, swim, fitness classes and off-peak climbing. Also, enjoy pay as you go badminton, squash and tennis activities at £2.50 each).

2 x 60-minute sessions per week: £192 per month

(save up to £254 per month compared with 1:1 personal training)

Option 2:

3 x 60-minute sessions per week: £242 per month

(save up to £300 per month compared with 1:1 personal training)

Option 3:

4 x 60-minute sessions per week: £297 per month

(save up to £373 per month compared with 1:1 personal training)

Terms and conditions

  • Small Group Personal Training is only available to individuals aged 16+.
  • Introductory offer - 50% off first month when you buy before 5 February
    • The offer is available until midnight on 5 February 2026.
    • Warwick Sport reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the offer at any time. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  • If you’d like to cancel Small Group Personal Training, you must submit your cancellation request by the 4th of the month to avoid a payment in the following month. For example, cancel by 4 February 2026, and February’s payment will be your last. Cancel after 4 February 2026, and March 2026 will be your final payment.
