Role specification

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can support our club development team to help raise awareness of our sports clubs and their weekly BUCs fixtures through photography that can be used on social channels.

Role responsibilities

  • Attend a select number of BUCs home fixtures assigned by the Club Development Team. Majority will be on Wednesdays, but some fixtures may be on other days including the weekend.
  • Photography coverage of these BUCs fixtures, including different types of shots such as action shots as well as showcasing teamwork and friendships.
  • Ensure a consistent visual style that reflects the university branding.
  • Meet deadlines to submit content to the Digital Marketing Team.
  • Select and edit the best images to a professional standard (light editing, cropping, colour correction).
  • Organise photos into easy-to-use folders/albums for clubs and the Warwick Sport Team.
  • Liaise with the Club Development and Digital Teams to understand what fixtures need covering.

Commitment

  • This role requires you to complete 60 hours during term-time between 6 October 2025 and June 4 2025.
  • Flexibility is required in this role as hours may vary depending on events taking place at that particular time. This may require occasional evenings and weekends. You will report into the digital team with the amount of hours you are completing per week.
  • Wherever possible, adequate notice will be provided for events and activities, aided through the usage of a content calendar with the digital and club development team.

Start Date: Week commencing 27 October 2025
