You will need to provide statements for the last 3 months (up to the day before you hand in your application) for every account held.

Please state any debts / loans (excluding Student Loans) / credit cards / store cards that you currently hold. You will need to provide evidence of your latest balance for these.

Please list below any monthly expenditure you have in addition to any spending outlined by the student (your partner) in their application. Please provide any relevant evidence of this expenditure. If you have any further expenditure, please outline this in the "Further Information" section.
