Abi

Abi

Hello, I am Abi...

I’m a third-year English Literature student. I’m from Yorkshire and I play a lot of netball when I’m not stuck reading!

Abi's top money tip:

Make sure you download Splitwise with your friends to ensure people always pay you back what they owe you!

Lucy

Lucy, student money assistant

Hello, I am Lucy...

I'm a third-year Politics and International Studies (PAIS) & Global Sustainable Development student originally from Greater Manchester. I love to cook and I love watching 'Strictly Come Dancing' and horror movies.

Lucy's top money tip:

Try substituting meat when cooking meals like bolognese or chilli. Beans, lentils and frozen veggie mince can bulk up meals and they're cheaper than fresh beef mince!

Ruyi

Ruyi

Hello, I am Ruyi...

I am a final-year Psychology and GSD Link opens in a new windowstudent. In my free time, I will probably be enjoying music and happily involved in brass and cappella rehearsals.

Ruyi's top money tip:

Look for part-time jobs through Unitemps Link opens in a new windowearly - there will always be something for you there!

Amelia

Amelia

Hello, I am Amelia...

I'm a first-year Computer Science student. I'm from Hong Kong and am currently living in Milton Keynes! I do some ice skating, aerial arts, and rifle shooting in my free time. You can probably spot me in the Department of Computer Science, usually :D

Amelia's top money tip:

Split up your savings into different bank accounts with different purposes (like a major savings account, daily spending etc), so it's easy to keep track of finances!

Lynara

Lynara

Hello, I am Lynara...

I am a second-year Accounting and Finance student, originally from South Africa. I love exploring new places, trying new experiences and making the most out of student life. I enjoy going to the gym, getting involved with Warwick UNICEF and finding fun ways to stay active and connected on campus.

Lynara's top money tip:

Set up an automatic transfer of £5-£10 a week into savings - you don't notice it leaving, but it adds up fast.
