Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week from 13 - 19 May, but talking about mental health and wellbeing is important all year round. Life at university is exciting, though it can have its challenges, so we want you to know about all of the resources and support available to you.

Take a break from work, exams, assessments and research to get involved in a variety of events and activities on campus - from our two-week ’DeStresstival’, to study support sessions at the Library and our Steps to Wellbeing summer programme.

Read on to see tips from Wellbeing and Student Support and profiles from our Warwick community about looking after your mental health. You’ll also see information about the range of support available to you.

To access support at Warwick, please visit Wellbeing and Student Support via our Wellbeing Portal, where our teams are ready to support and work with you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life.

If you’re a member of staff at Warwick, take a look at our Staff Wellbeing Hub, where you can find support and resources to help you look after your physical and emotional wellbeing.
