I could mention any of my strong band of women colleagues on the SAP Team, but I choose to mention my line manger Eva Baynes. Since I started on the team Eva has been my champion, be it helping me learn and grow in my role on the team or supporting me when I've struggled in my personal life. She is kind and caring, but also a strong, intelligent leader whom I really look up to. I'm sure my colleagues on the team and around the University would echo my praise for Eva, and thanks for being who she is.
