Whether you're a student, staff member or member of the general public visiting the University of Warwick campus this festive season, find key information about what will be open on campus.

The Westwood Games Hall and Cryfield will be closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 - Wednesday 1 January 2025 (inclusive). Usual hours resume from 2 January 2025.

Community Support and Services

Wellbeing and Student Support

Wellbeing and Student Support is open until 12:30pm on Monday 23 December 2024, with Brief Consultation sessions being offered from 10am - 3pm before this via the Wellbeing Portal. You can also call Wellbeing and Student Support on 024 7657 5570. Wellbeing and Student Support will reopen on Thursday 3 January 2025.

The Residential Community team are here to support you 365 days of the year and our on-call Residential Community Assistants are available to provide support, guidance and signposting.

If you are on-campus, you can also call Community Safety 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on 024 7652 2222 for emergency help and first aid.

The staff Employee Assistance Programme is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

From Monday 13 January, normal hours will resume. (Mon- Fri: 8am-8pm) (Weekends and Bank Holidays:10am–6pm).

Student visa advice (Student Immigration Services)

We are closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025, and our services will resume on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Chaplaincy

A warm welcome is extended to students on campus during the University’s Christmas vacation, including between 24 December 2023 – 1 January 2025. The Chaplaincy will be open to students every day from 7am to 10:30pm, where there will be a lounge area with a sofa, mock fireplace, Christmas tree and board games. In addition to the usual coffee and tea, there will be toast and toppings available in the Chaplaincy kitchen during the University's close-down.

Esports Centre

The Esports Centre will be closed from 6 December 2024 to 5 January 2025. See the Esports webpages for more.

Unitemps

The Unitemps Warwick office will be closed from 4pm on Friday 20 December 2024, however, you can contact the team on Monday 23 December 2024 by telephone or email.

Unitemps Warwick will re-open at 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
